Processing your order

OH is a limited edition collection

Your order will be handmade once you receive our acknowledgement.
Please, allow us 1 to 10 weeks to complete your order which is depending on design, production and stock.
When your order is ready to be shipped, we will notify you via e-mail.

GUARANTEE

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days as from the date you received it. The items must be returned in the original box with original packaging materials. They must be in the same condition as they were sent to you. As soon as the goods are received by us and checked, we will refund you the full purchase price, less shipping. (see article 9 - 11 and 12 of Terms and conditions of use )

IMPORTANT! You must first obtain a Return Authorization from “OH by Olivia Hainaut ” before returning the purchased item.

Please clearly state the reason(s) why you’d like to return the piece(s).
